3rd Party Software Support Policy

In order to provide the most effective support to our resellers for the IronCAD 3rd party products such as SimWise, MPIC and KeyShot, we would like to introduce the following improvement to our support process. When you encounter any 3rd party product issues, please contact IronCAD support first because IronCAD is the 1st line support for 3rd party companies. If the issues can not be resolved by IronCAD due to specific 3rd party product knowledge, IronCAD support will introduce you to the Support Department of the 3rd party software company. By making the formal introduction, the 3rd party support team will be informed that you are an IronCAD Channel Partner and it will reduce any potential confusion or misunderstandings.
