Download Manager Fails to Download Resource (Firewall Issue)

When downloading our trial products, we use a Download manager to handle the process of downloading. This manages network failures especially for large file size downloads and handles performance of the download using Content Delivery Networks (CDN - Basically to move the download to the closest server to the download request using a network of worldwide servers like Amazon or Akamai).

If a user reports an issue with the download manager stating "Requested Resource could not be found", this either means that the internet is not connected or they may have a firewall issue. If it is firewall issue or a particularly strict firewall, they may need to ask to have http://metadata.cdn.snxd.com/ whitelisted in the firewall settings. Then re-run the download manager after that change.
