IronCAD Drawing will not place drawing views after installations of newer versions

During the installation of newer versions, there is a case where drawing views will not be placed in the ICD drawing environment. The process is a user will go to the ICD, click standard views, clicks to place the views and nothing appears. The cause could be that there we some insufficient permissions for the install to completely register all the DLL's. 

To resolve this issue, close IronCAD. Start IronCAD using "Run as Administrator" by right-clicking on the exe or shortcut icon.  Verify that the drawing views will be placed. Then you can close and start IronCAD in a normal manner.
